City Graybox Dresser
A city-dressing tool for rapid level prototyping in Unreal Engine 5, built for an unannounced AAA UE5 project. Created for the blockout stage (not final art).
It takes graybox geometry as input, generates supporting UVs, assigns materials, and procedurally dresses the layout—helping teams iterate quickly during early layout and gameplay development.
Non-destructive and production-friendly: results are baked to a separate layer, and two types of exclusion volumes let level artists reserve hero locations and fine-tune spawn rules where needed.
